    Foods To Avoid
    The abundance of food options currently available to Americans can be
    overwhelming.  Many of these options are neither nutritious nor healthy,
    while some are unreasonably dangerous.  For example, since the
    introduction of the microwave oven throat, breast, stomach and intestinal
    cancers have been on the rise.  Personally, I avoid microwave ovens and
    microwaved foods.  From my studies, I have concluded that foods which
    are microwaved are different on a molecular level than foods which have
    not been microwaved.  When the molecules of the food are heated in the
    microwave they spin very fast and bump into one another.  All this hyper
    spinning and bumping around actually cause changes to the structure of
    the molecule from what it was originally to something that the human
    body doesn’t recognize on a molecular level anymore.  The human body
    actually makes a defensive stance when these foods are ingested by
    activating the Sympathetic ANS (automatic nervous system).  The
    Sympathetic ANS is how the body handles stress and is often referred to
    as the “Fight or Flight” response.  Essentially, the microwaved food
    causes a stress reaction in the nervous system.  But that is not all, the
    autoimmune system is also called into action by releasing antibodies to
    handle these invasive molecules because they do not recognize them as
    food anymore and treat them as though they are an allergen.  And one
    final reason I avoid microwaved foods is because I believe that as long as
    “that” food is hot, “that” food is still cooking.  When this hot “still
    cooking” food is ingested, I believe that it is also cooking the human

    There are several food additives that should not be eaten such as MSG
    (Monosodium glutamate) and Aspartame which are excitotoxins.  Click to
    learn more about excitotoxins.  Many other food additives such as food
    colorings, flavor enhancers and thickening agents should be avoided as
    well.  Often these additives cause allergic type reactions in people who
    ingest them.
