Door Mandela
When it comes to meditation some people find
meditating on Mandela’s to be helpful and that it
allows them to be taken to another place. I find this
to also be true with images of doorways, or halls that
lead to doors. The possibilities of what lies beyond
the door are endless, allowing for fascinating
adventures of enlightenment.  I also find that before
passing through the doorway, during meditation, I
can play with thoughts of why I am passing through
this doorway in the first place…. Am I needing to
escape from something? Is it for relaxation? Maybe to
find answers... I can also play with thoughts of what
I was doing prior to arriving at the doorway….Did I
just awaken?...Did I just have a lovely meal with
friends and loved ones?...and so on. Another tool I
find useful before passing through the doorway is to
take a moment and leave old baggage, negativity and
apprehensions behind as these things are
burdensome during your adventure. Please enjoy
this Mandela of Doors I created for your pleasure and
to assist in bringing enlightenment to all of your
journeys that may follow.
