Microwave Foods
Nearly 95% of American Households utilize microware ovens for meal
preparation.  Prices range from $50 on up to several thousand dollars. Not a high
price to pay for quick meal preparation, easy cleanup, and allowing everyone in
the household to cook for themselves, quickly, whenever they are hungry,
leaving more time to do other things....
or is it?

The microwave was invented by the Nazis for use in their mobile support
operations. These ovens were originally devoloped to be used for the invasion
of Russia. The Nazis called them "radiomissor" cooking ovens. The ability to
utilize electronic equipment for the preparation of meals on a mass scale
eliminated the logistical problem of cooking fuels, while giving the
convenience of producing edible products at a greatly reduced time-factor.

Several studies have concluded that microwaves are harmful to our health
and the environment we live in.  Exposure to microwaves leads to a
condition termed "microwave sickness".  The first symptoms are low blood
pressure and slow pulse.  Then later and most common manifestations are
chronic excitation of the sympathetic nervous system (stress syndrome) and high
blood pressure. This phase is often accompanied by headaches, dizziness, eye
pain, sleeplessness, irritability, anxiety, stomach pain, nervous tension, inability
to concentrate, hair loss, an increased incidence of appendicitis, cataracts,
reproductive problems, and cancer. These chronic symptoms are eventually
succeeded by crisis of adrenal exhaustion and ischemic heart disease or the
blockage of coronary arteries and heart attacks.

Exposure to microwaves in our homes and environment leads to degenerative
diseases. The removal of the family dinner table leads to degenerative families.  
Eating highly processed foods, and quickly cooking everything leads to the
degeneration of our knowledge of how to actually cook foods.  

Is the convenience of the microwave really worth it to your and your family?


  1. Continually eating food processed from a microwave oven causes long term
    - permanent brain damage by "shorting-out" electrical impulses in the brain
    [de-polarizing or de-magnetizing the brain tissue].
  2. The human body cannot metabolize [break down] the unknown by-products
    created in microwaved food.
  3. Male and female hormone production is shut down and/or altered by
    continually eating microwaved food.
  4. The effects of microwaved food by-products are residual [long term,
    permanent] within the human body.
  5. Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food is reduced or
    altered so that the human body gets little or no benefit, or the human
    body absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down.
  6. The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free radicals when
    cooked in microwave ovens.
  7. Micro-waved foods cause stomach cancer and intestinal cancerous growths
    [tumors].  This may explain the rapidly increased rate of colon cancer in

  9. Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system
    deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alterations.
  10. Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory and concentration,
    emotional instability, and a decrease of intelligence.
